Laser Technician/Electrologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Laser Technician and Electrologist to join our aesthetic and beauty team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various laser treatments and cosmetic procedures in a safe, hygienic, and client-focused environment. This role requires a strong background in cosmetology and experience with advanced aesthetic treatments, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and results. The Laser Technician will also assist with retail sales, skincare consultations, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser and electrolysis hair removal treatments
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Ensure all treatments are performed following safety protocols and sanitation standards to maintain a clean working environment.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and answer questions related to procedures and skincare products.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences within salon management systems.
• Assist in promoting client retention through excellent customer service and personalized consultations.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatment, electrolysis hair treatments.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques within a beauty or wellness setting.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe treatment environment.
