Woodland Hills, California, United States Overview Job Title: Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-time Schedule/Availability: Must be available to work weekends, with 2 weekdays (Mon-Fri) available. Must be available to work a Monday or a Friday, as well as one additional weekday. Monday and Friday are highly preferred. Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours; you will be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks. Must be able to work a minimum of 1 day per week with the ability to flex to 2 and occasionally a 3rd shift as needed. Schedule committed 60 days in advance. Sundays may be required for occasional training or if clinic expands operating hours. Location: Home clinic with occasional coverage at other clinic locations as needed. Job Summary As part of the clinic team, the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients with excellence services using advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. We specialize in facials and developing effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high energy. RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working, high-volume medical-grade skin care clinic. Responsibilities Creating Curated Client Experiences Present and promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and prospective clients’ personal skincare needs and safe for all skin types. Discuss the importance of the skincare protocols created by the medical team. Celebrate the success of the results our clients are seeing. Supporting Store Operations Success Support clinic success by improving efficiency and accuracy amongst all processes and procedures within the business. Assist with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff to understand and execute operational expectations. Establish adequate staffing to ensure timely patient visits. Demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with computer/store systems. Establish and maintain effective client retention processes. Enhancing Skin Laundry Culture Partner with the clinic team to provide a people-oriented, enjoyable and comfortable workplace of belonging. Respect and support all team members’ individuality and provide an inclusive environment. Identify opportunities and support the team to meet personal and clinic goals; maintain organizational relationships. Qualifications Required education: Associate Preferred experience: Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year Required license or certification: Registered Nurse (RN); Current State Nursing License; BLS 2 years of experience in skin care/aesthetics or customer service preferred. Current RN State License; Basic Life Support Certification is required through an accredited association. Clinically competent, professional, compassionate; functions well with the team; able to provide safe and therapeutic services. Customer service as a top priority; exceptional communication skills and problem-solving ability. Outgoing personality with a calming presence; makes clients comfortable. Attentive listening and ability to read customers to ensure Skin Laundry standards are met. Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal orientation. Prioritize client safety and customer service; able to make clinical decisions and know when to ask for assistance.
