Role Overview

• Perform advanced facial treatments and skin services aligned with Skin Dream Lab protocols
• Conduct in-depth consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skin health, treatment consistency, and home care
• Deliver a refined, detail-driven luxury spa experience
• Maintain exceptional treatment room standards and state board compliance
• Thoughtfully recommend retail products rooted in education and results
• Uphold brand standards, professionalism, and spa culture

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales for promoting skincare products and services

Coachable, dependable, and growth-minded

• Valid esthetician license as required by the state of California
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques
