We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, ensuring clients receive exceptional care and results. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As an Esthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience while promoting our range of services.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality esthetic services including facials, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
Administer advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatment, botulinum toxin treatment, and dermal fillers with precision and care.
Maintain sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software like MINDBODY.
Engage in retail sales by promoting products that enhance client results and satisfaction.
Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services and effective communication skills.
Upsell additional services based on client needs and preferences while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred.
Familiarity with management practices in a salon or spa setting is advantageous.
Knowledge of cosmetology principles, color theory, and retail sales techniques is essential.
Experience with deep tissue massage techniques is a plus.
Previous med spa experience or familiarity with tattooing is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills are necessary for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
