Role Description

This is a commision based Esthetician role located on-site in Westbury, NY. The Esthetician will provide professional skin care and hair removal services, personalized consultations, and educate clients about skincare treatments. Duties include performing facials, waxing, and other esthetic services, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and fostering lasting relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales of skincare products and ensure client needs are effectively addressed during appointments.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Skin Care techniques, including facials, treatments, and overall skin health
• Proficient in Hair Removal services such as waxing and threading, (optional)
• Strong background in Customer Service and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to recommend and promote skin care products
• Licensed in Cosmetology or Esthetics, as per state requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
