Duties

Perform laser hair removal treatments using advanced esthetic laser devices, adhering strictly to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
Conduct electrolysis sessions (electrologist services) to permanently remove unwanted hair through precise insertion of fine needles into hair follicles.
Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop tailored treatment plans.
Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, including skin sanitation, body waxing, and other skincare routines to optimize results.
Ensure all treatment areas are sanitized thoroughly between clients in compliance with health regulations.
Assist with retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to support client goals and increase salon revenue.
Stay updated on the latest esthetic laser treatment techniques and industry trends through ongoing education.
Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications

Certification or licensure as a cosmetologist, electrologist, or esthetician with specialized training in laser hair removal techniques.
Proven experience performing laser hair removal treatments or electrolysis procedures in a professional setting.
Familiarity with retail sales strategies within a beauty or skincare environment.
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and infection control practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and aftercare.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
