POSITION SUMMARY

Reports To: Accounting Manager & Financial Director

Work Location: 16700 Valley View Ave, Suite 162, La Mirada, CA 90638

The Accounting Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the Skin and Cancer Institute. This position is responsible for performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.

General Ledger Support

Assist with journal entries and month-end closing procedures.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
