What you’ll do

Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, brow enhancement services and peels.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for skincare products and services.
Promote retail sales by demonstrating product benefits through engaging product demos and upselling techniques.
Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest services from check-in to check-out.
Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics and continuously enhance your skills through ongoing education.

Experience

Valid esthetician license or certification of 3 or more years is required.
Proven experience in a salon or med spa environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey treatment options and product knowledge.
Experience with social media management is beneficial for promoting services and engaging with clients online.
