We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

The Salon Manager/ Stylist / Nail tech is responsible for managing all aspects of the salon's operations, including team leadership, customer relations, sales & marketing initiatives, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, excellent people skills, and a passion for the beauty industry alongside willing to work behind the counter and perform client services when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise, motivate, and support all staff, including nail technicians, receptionists, and other team members
• Perform duties of a Hair Stylist or Nail Tech when required as per need.

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to maintain a high-performing and customer-focused staff

• Monitor and maintain exceptional customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction and retention

• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing for peak and off-peak hours.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and grow the business

.

• Track, analyze, and report on salon performance metrics (e.g., sales, client retention, employee productivity).
• Handle client feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels of products and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with ownership to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage the salon's budget, expenses, and cash flow effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty, hospitality, or retail industry (salon/spa management preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of salon operations, products, and services.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team while maintaining a positive work environment

• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and using point-of-sale (POS) and salon management software

• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales, marketing, and financial management.
• • Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
