Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Beverly Hills, CA.
As the Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the daily operations of Shani Darden Studio, serving as the first point of contact for clients while supporting the studio’s digital presence.
Responsibilities include managing front desk operations such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, coordinating the daily schedule, and ensuring a polished, welcoming studio environment. You will also assist with creating and posting social media content, capturing in studio moments, and supporting marketing efforts that highlight the studio’s treatments, team, and client experience.
This role requires someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable balancing client-facing hospitality with creative digital work.
Qualifications
- Experience with social media content creation and platform management
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Interest in digital marketing and brand storytelling
- Ability to interact professionally with clients in a luxury hospitality environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Experience in front desk or reception roles preferred
- Interest or familiarity with skincare, beauty, or wellness industries is a plus
- Hourly Pay: $20 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.
