Foster inclusivity and teamwork by helping promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Sephora offers flexible scheduling and reliability, with full-time and part-time positions available. Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours and be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends, and holidays).

Qualifications include previous experience in customer service, a passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to physically lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
