Seeking an experienced Senior Talent Agent with a strong background in beauty, makeup, hair, and styling to join our expanding team. This senior-level role is ideal for someone with an established client network and a proven track record of booking high-level jobs for artists within the beauty and fashion ecosystem. You will play a key leadership role in building talent careers, maintaining key client relationships, and generating meaningful opportunities across entertainment, editorial, brand partnerships, red carpet, and advertising.Key Responsibilities:
Artist Management & Business Development
Represent, guide, and manage a roster of beauty, hair, makeup, and styling artists.
Actively pitch artists and secure bookings across editorial, advertising, digital campaigns, celebrity glam, red carpet, and events.
Develop and execute strategic career plans for each talent.
Bring existing client relationships to the agency and expand the agency’s network.
Client & Industry Relationship Building
Foster and maintain strong relationships with publicists, producers, celebrity teams, photographers, creative directors, and key industry decision-makers.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and cultivate incoming clients.
Network regularly within beauty, fashion, entertainment, and media circles; attend industry events and activations.
Market & Culture Awareness
Stay up to date on pop culture, celebrity news, fashion trends, and relevant cultural moments.
Understand industry shifts and emerging opportunities in beauty, fashion, film, TV, music, art, and digital media.
Operational & Agency Collaboration
Partner closely with the CEO/Founder to support agency goals and high-level initiatives.
Maintain organized scheduling, contracts, and communication between artists and clients.
Some travel required for events, artist support, and relationship building.
Qualifications
Must have experience in the beauty, makeup, hair, or styling fields—either as an agent, manager, producer, or within a related talent-driven environment.
4–7+ years of experience as a talent agent, booker, or senior manager in beauty/fashion/entertainment.
Existing network of clients, publicists, photographers, and brand partners.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, culture-driven, highly collaborative agency environment.
Demonstrated ability to bring in business and drive revenue through relationships.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to travel as needed.
