Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicure and pedicure services using current techniques and high-quality products to meet clients’ individual needs.
• Apply advanced nail care treatments, including gel nails, acrylics, and nail art, incorporating color theory to create visually appealing designs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
• Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail care options, enhancements like nail extensions, or additional services such as hand or foot massages.
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, or body treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends including, body waxing, and full face waxing
• Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to foster trust and loyalty.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen attentively and address client preferences effectively.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures to maintain a clean working environment.
• Proficiency in cosmetology practices including nail care techniques such as cuticle grooming, shaping, polishing, and applying enhancements like gel or acrylic nails.
• Body and face waxing
