Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions using advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, and color theory principles.
• Perform specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair threading to meet diverse client needs.
• Operate salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to sanitation protocols for tools, stations, and work areas to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations for products and services.
• Manage retail sales effectively through upselling techniques while maintaining accurate retail math calculations to meet sales goals.
• Assist with front desk duties including appointment bookings, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries promptly.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves, and overall salon operations.
• Support store management with daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
