Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, to meet client needs.
• Manage front desk responsibilities by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries efficiently.
• Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client results and increase sales revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment rooms and common
• Assist with inventory management of skincare products and salon supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client concerns and providing personalized treatment recommendations.
• Support team collaboration through effective communication skills and management of appointment flow during busy hours.

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician with knowledge of advanced skincare techniques such as laser treatments, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling skincare products effectively.
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
• Ability to perform multiple roles efficiently—combining esthetic expertise with front desk management—while maintaining a lively and positive attitude. Pay: From $17.00 per hour
