Cosmetology Learning Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Cosmetology Instructor who is passionate about educating and mentoring students in their pursuit of a career in cosmetology. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to our Paul Mitchell systems and culture, and be committed to intensive continuing education.

• Create lesson plans and teach classes on haircutting, hair color, cosmetology theory, and professional development using the Paul Mitchell systems
• Work with students on guest services supporting technical assistance as well as coaching salon success skills
• Mentor students providing guidance on both technical skill-building such as rebooking appointments as well maintaining high standards for service delivery leading positive client experience
