Position: Licensed Esthetician / Treatment Specialist (Part-time)

Overview

We are looking for a talented, entry‑level licensed Esthetician/Treatment Specialist who will manage front‑desk and administrative duties while receiving training to grow into an esthetician role over time. The candidate will be a front‑line ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to new client growth.

Schedule & Compensation

2–3 shifts per week, minimum 4 weekend days per month. Base pay $18 hourly with incentive and commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center team to achieve sales targets and develop effective sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
• Partner with management to streamline processes, maintain the reception area, and coordinate supplies.
• Greet visitors, complete check‑in, and connect clients with the appropriate team member.
• Answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Upsell products and services, perform general clerical duties, and maintain a clean reception area.
• Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Zenoti, Orange Twist membership, rewards, and financial programs.

Qualifications

• Currently in an esthetics program or Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program.
• State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology and Current Valid State Esthetician License.
• Valid Laser Certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
