Although we are new to the neighborhood—having opened just three months ago—our business is experiencing rapid, exciting growth. We specialize in personalized, results-driven aesthetic and wellness treatments designed to help clients look and feel their best in a modern, welcoming, and innovative environment.

We are seeking a part-time Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our thriving team. This role combines hands-on treatment expertise with administrative support, ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in patient care, spa operations, and active clientele building.

What You’ll Do

Clinical / Aesthetic Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
• RF Microneedling (Morpheus8)
• Laser Hair Removal (Diolaze)
• IPL Photofacials (Lumecca)
• Hydrafacial treatments
• Chenical Peel (Glytone)
• Conduct professional skin consultations and design personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and ongoing maintenance
• Promote retail skincare (Alastin) and recommend complementary services
• Maintain a clean, professional, and relaxing treatment environment
• Collaborate on social media content (optional but encouraged) to showcase results and brand presence

Administrative / Support Responsibilities

• Manage client communication: confirm appointments, follow-up on post-care, and call clients due for their next treatment
• Assist in inventory tracking and supply management
• Support scheduling and booking coordination in Vagaro (or similar platform)
• Help with light front-desk duties during downtime (greeting clients, answering inquiries, organizing workspace)
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation

Qualifications

• Licensure: Illinois Licensed Esthetician (Required).
• ​Social Media Savvy (A Huge Must): You must have a strong social media presence and be highly comfortable creating content, showcasing your results, and actively self-promoting to build your clientele.
• Location Preference: Preferably resides in or very close to the West Loop / Fulton Market area.
• ​Experience: Prior experience with RF microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, or Hydrafacials (Preferred).
• ​Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of skin health, anti-aging treatments, and product knowledge. Excellent communication and client service skills. Comfort with retail sales and treatment promotion.
• ​Tech Literacy: Familiarity with booking software (Vagaro, Boulevard, or similar) preferred.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Dermaplaning
• Body contouring (Emsculpt Neo, Emsella)
• IV therapy, red light therapy
• Weight management and wellness support (GLP-1s, peptides, etc.)

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20–$25/hour
• Supplemental Pay: Commission, tips, and performance bonuses
• Schedule: Choose your own hours | Day, evening, or weekend shifts available
• Expected Days: 1-3 days per week (part-time flexible)
• Location: On-site | West Loop, Chicago
