An internal leader on the Ecommerce team, you will partner cross-functionally with Marketing and external partners to concept, brief, and deliver a steady stream of high-performing ad assets for paid media campaign

HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote w

  • erate.Build testing frameworks to continuously optimize creative across audiences, placements, and ma
  • rkets.Stay on top of platform trends, competitor activity, and cultural shifts to keep ONE/SIZE creative relevant and

fresh.

3–5+ years of experience in performance creative strategy, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fas

  • hion DTC.Hands-on experience concepting and producing ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging p
  • latforms.Clear understanding of creative KPIs and how to interpret performa
  • nce data.Strong storytelling instincts with an eye for what works in a fast-scroll, mobile-first env
  • ironment.Experience working with creators and influencer content to develop high-performing
  • paid ads.Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative strategies and l
  • earnings.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial env
