Your Role

As the Creative Director, you will

• Lead Oliveda's Creative Vision: Collaborate to enhance the global strategy, ensuring all visuals and narratives authentically reflect our tree-to-beauty philosophy.
• Build and Mentor a Talented Creative Team: Inspire and guide designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to foster a collaborative environment filled with innovative ideas.
• Craft Dynamic Campaigns: Oversee the development of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, influencer, and experiential channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling and brand presence.
• Elevate Our Brand Identity: Continuously refine our visual language across packaging, social content, and digital design to ensure consistency and innovation.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, leadership, and influencer teams to support strategic initiatives and brand moments.
• Direct Creative Production: Lead the concept, brief, shoots, and post-production to produce high-quality content that captures Oliveda's essence.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Anticipate shifts in design and cultural trends to keep Oliveda at the cutting edge of relevance and innovation.
• Bring Magic to Launches & Events: Shape captivating creative visions for product launches and brand events that deliver immersive, premium experiences.

What We Seek

• 8+ years of experience in creative direction, art direction, or brand leadership (preferably in the beauty, wellness, or luxury sectors).
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead creative teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and elevated design.
• In-depth knowledge of digital content, photography, video, and campaign development.
• A keenly aware of cultural trends and passionate about visual storytelling.
• An excellent communicator, able to align creative vision across various departments.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• A genuine advocate for mission-driven beauty and conscious innovation.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (Culver City, CA)

Compensation: $156,000 - $198,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Health Insurance, plus 401(k)
