As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and support throughout their skincare journey. Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient appointment flow.
  • Collect and verify patient information while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Assist patients with inquiries regarding treatments and services offered.
  • Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate care.
  • Maintain accurate health records and manage health information effectively.
  • Support administrative tasks such as billing, collections, and office management.
  • Utilize EMR software for scheduling and patient management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery setting
  • Proven experience in medical collection and health information management.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on office management.
  • Experience with medical scheduling processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with Patient Now or similar EMR software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
