Counter Manager

As a Counter Manager at Nordstrom, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with customers who have a passion for the latest cosmetics, beauty, and fragrance trends. Your role will involve greeting customers, suggesting new styles, and checking in with them later to invite them to exclusive events and promotions.

You will also give honest and tactful feedback and guidance to customers on beauty products, set and exceed company and personal sales goals, and support the goals of your team. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results, manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, and be a great team player by keeping the department ready for its close-up.
