What We’re Looking For.

We’re seeking a Hair Assistant who is eager to learn, passionate about healthy hair, and excited to grow within a professional salon environment. This role is ideal for someone currently in cosmetology school or recently licensed who wants strong foundational training and exposure to elevated salon standards.. You’ll work closely with our Master Stylist

• Noël to support daily services, maintain a seamless client experience, and build the skills needed for long-term success behind the chair.

What You’ll Learn & Support.

• Client Experience & Salon Flow. Assist with client preparation, shampooing, blow‑drying, and service support while ensuring each guest feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in their experience..
• Technical Skill Development. Gain valuable, hands‑on experience that goes beyond the basics. We focus on teaching you how to separate yourself in the industry by working with intention, precision, and attention to detail in a professional salon environment. You’ll learn not just how to perform services, but why each step matters—developing strong habits, refined techniques, and a thoughtful approach that elevates both your work and the overall client experience..
• Salon Operations. Support daily salon operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and “showroom ready” environment, including laundry, station set‑up/break‑down and back‑bar organization..
• Team Collaboration. We’re a small, close‑knit team—everyone contributes. You’ll learn what it means to work efficiently, respectfully, and proactively while supporting one another and the success of the salon as a whole.

Experience: Required

Employment: Part‑time

Schedule: Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays

Salary: from $17 hourly
