We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their beauty and wellness through a variety of services, while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, hair extensions, eyelash extensions
Provide thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in accordance with industry standards.
Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
Manage social media accounts to showcase services, promote special offers, and engage with clients.
Demonstrate excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
Assist with front desk duties including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes.
Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry..
Previous experience in a med spa setting is an advantage.
Ability to demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and sales techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
