Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our expanding wholesale and marketing efforts. This position will play a key role in maintaining our retail partnerships, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the beauty and consumer goods space.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with major retail accounts on orders, product info, and sample follow-ups
• Prepare line sheets, assist with trade show prep, and track product launches
• Maintain internal documents for sales and marketing campaigns
• Draft and polish customer-facing emails and brand presentations
• Provide general support to the Sales and Design teams as needed

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in sales support, account management, or marketing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with wholesale operations and retail timelines preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Interest in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods is highly encouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
