Part-Time Esthetician (Experienced)

Location: In Person (Alhambra CA)

New Regeneration Health Medical Center is a modern, integrative medical & aesthetic clinic focused on skin health, regeneration, and advanced aesthetic technologies. We are committed to delivering results-driven treatments with an elevated client experience.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Esthetician with strong hands-on experience, especially in HydraFacial and SkinCeuticals advanced facial / hydrating waterfall-style treatments.

About the Role

As an Esthetician at New Regeneration, you are a key representative of our skin & aesthetic team. You will deliver customized, high-quality facial treatments while creating a professional, warm, and trustworthy experience for every client.

This role is ideal for an esthetician who is experienced, confident in technique, and client-focused, and who enjoys working in a medical-aesthetic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional facial treatments, including:

• HydraFacial
• SkinCeuticals advanced facial & hydrating protocols
• Conduct skin analysis and provide personalized skincare recommendations
• Educate clients on home care and treatment plans
• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and devices at the highest hygiene and safety standards
• Deliver a consistent, elevated client experience
• Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic team to support client retention
• Client Experience Focus
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
• Understand individual skin concerns and tailor treatments accordingly
• Confidently explain treatment benefits and skincare recommendations
• Act as a knowledgeable skin care advisor

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license required
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a licensed Esthetician experience with advanced treatments preferred.
• HydraFacial experience required
• SkinCeuticals facial experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and skincare ingredients
• Experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or luxury spa
• Excellent communication skills and professional bedside manner

Compensation & Structure

Hourly Pay: $22 – $30 per hour, based on experience, technique, and skill level

Commission / Revenue Share: Available and negotiable, depending on experience and performance

Schedule: Part-Time, flexible hours
