Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in New York, NY, for the role of Area Sales Lead. The Area Sales Lead will oversee and drive sales performance across assigned retail locations, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals and fostering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include leading and training sales teams, building strong relationships with retail partners, analyzing sales data to develop effective strategies, and implementing initiatives to increase brand visibility and market share.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation skills to achieve targets and build strong customer and partner relationships
  • Strong Communication and Training skills to effectively lead and mentor sales teams
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to travel across assigned retail locations as needed
