Position Overview

We are seeking a NYS Licensed, bilingual (Spanish & English) Esthetician with a passion for holistic health and skincare. The ideal candidate is compassionate, client-focused, and eager to grow within a wellness-driven practice. At MWS, estheticians are more than service providers – they are holistic partners who guide clients through treatments, educate on health and wellness, and create personalized plans for lasting results.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, body treatments, HydraFacials, and other advanced skincare services.
• Provide thorough consultations to assess client needs and recommend customized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on at-home skincare regimens, lifestyle habits, and wellness services available at MWS.
• Provide client supplementation recommendations based on individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely client charting, including progress notes and photos.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas meet OSHA health and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with front desk and management to optimize scheduling and client experience.
• Participate in staff trainings, events, and workshops to enhance skills and contribute to team goals.
• Support business growth through cross-promotion of services and products while maintaining high ethical standards.

Requirements

• Valid New York State Esthetician License
• Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Weekend availability required
• Experience with facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments
• HydraFacial experience a plus
• Strong interest in nutrition, wellness, and holistic health (experience in bodywork or colon hydrotherapy training is a plus)
• Client-focused with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Experience or interest in Colon Hydrotherapy (training provided)
• Sales or retail experience with skincare products or supplements
• Desire to grow into advanced services (injectables, regenerative treatments, etc.)
