Duties

• Expertly apply and sculpt acrylic gel nails, ensuring a flawless finish that meets client expectations
• Consult with clients to understand their nail design preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe, hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to prolong the beauty of their manicure
• Upsell additional services such as nail art, hand treatments, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Stay current with the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and application techniques to offer innovative designs
• Assist with maintaining a clean work station and managing inventory of nail supplies and products

Experience

• Proven experience as an acrylic gel nail technician or similar role in a busy salon setting is a plus. However, we are open to interview beginners too.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with beauty treatments such as dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, or body waxing is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse clients confidently and professionally
• Certification in cosmetology or related beauty disciplines is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training is encouraged
