Duties

• Perform laser hair removal and other laser-based treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Provide additional services such as tattoo removal, laser facials and body contouring.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of laser technology and skin care treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent upselling and cross selling ability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must possess relevant certifications or licenses required for performing laser treatments.
