Our established luxury cosmetic practice is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and be trained in MicroArt semi-permanent makeup — a proprietary form of micro-pigmentation. This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate with a rare blend of skills.

No prior experience in tattooing, permanent makeup, or microblading is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform MicroArt semi-permanent makeup procedures on clients
Conduct in-person and phone consultations; schedule appointments
Handle administrative tasks including client charting, email and phone communication, appointment scheduling, and sending documents/instructions to patients

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Background in the medical aesthetics and/or beauty industry
5+ years of consistent, full-time work experience with references
High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
Skilled at managing high-maintenance clients and stressful situations
Reside within a 45-minute commute to Beverly Hills
Comfortable working in an environment that demands perfection
Ability to follow strict protocols and systems
Experience in luxury service environments

Physically fit: can stand for long periods, with excellent eyesight and hand dexterity
Capable of growing into a role that generates $1M+ in annual services
Note: While there is a market for other permanent makeup methods, we've found that practitioners from those backgrounds generally do not transition effectively to MicroArt. We wish them continued success in their respective careers.
