About the Role: Cosmetics or Beauty industry experience required. The Exec. Director of Creative Services is responsible for overseeing all communication supporting marketing, education, sales and corporate event objectives. The primary responsibility of the position is to ensure all projects are completed on strategy, on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to drive consensus and shared vision.
• Oversee development of print and digital communication supporting all company initiatives.
• Assist with concept development of the organization's seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure all creative materials are executed to brief across print and digital channels.
• Ensure that all work is on-strategy and on-brand as established in Brand Guidelines and Content Style Guide.
• Present Executive management with rationale for design approvals.
• Provide creative direction, insight and mentoring to staff and freelance associates.
• Contribute to the Company's growth and performance by providing brand and creative leadership.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with freelance contractors, vendors, and outside agencies.
• Manage and authorize department expenses.
• Handle salary administration, employee counseling and training.
• Preside over print and video shoots, ensuring all marketing requirements are fulfilled.
• Cast models/actors for photo and video shoots.
