Role Description

The Licensed Aesthetician will perform a range of professional aesthetic services, such as advanced skin care treatments and hair removal, while ensuring exceptional client experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Meadow, NY. Day-to-day responsibilities also include offering consultations, assessing clients’ needs, performing cosmetic services, and educating clients about aftercare and product recommendations to achieve optimal results. Driving product and service sales with outstanding customer service is an essential aspect of this position.

Qualifications

Proficient in Skin Care treatments and practices, including facials, chemical peels, and other professional aesthetic services.
Expertise in Hair Removal techniques such as waxing, threading, or laser hair removal.
Experience in Cosmetology and related beauty enhancement services.
Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Basic Sales abilities, including upselling products and services to support business growth.
A valid and active Aesthetician or Cosmetology license in the State of New York.
Excellent communication and consultation skills with a client-first focus.
Previous experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment is a plus.
