We are seeking a Senior Spa Therapist & Coordinator to lead daily spa operations while performing body treatments and signature Intuisse treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment & Client Care

• Deliver Intuisse signature facials, therapeutic massages, and personalized body treatments to the highest standards of luxury and care.
• Tailor each service to the guest’s individual goals, ensuring visible results and a restorative experience.
• Maintain an immaculate, tranquil spa environment and ensure all equipment and treatment areas meet Forbes Five-Star hygiene and presentation standards.

Spa Operations

• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day spa operations, including:

– Client bookings, confirmations, and scheduling

– Treatment room setup and rotation

– Inventory management and product restocking

– Coordination between treatments, retail, and fitness operations

• Support seamless guest flow by assisting with reception duties, check-ins, and service follow-up when needed.
• Daily upkeep including changing rooms, communal spa areas and gym, ensuring the spa is kept immaculate to a 5-star standard.

Retail & Sales

• Educate guests on Intuisse’s science-led skincare line and create bespoke home care recommendations.
• Drive product retail performance through genuine, educational engagement rather than hard selling.
• Track guest preferences, product purchases, and future appointments to foster repeat visits and loyalty.

Marketing & Client Relations

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Intuisse and Maison Hudson, embodying the spirit of innovation, refinement, and holistic wellness.
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional communication and attentive aftercare.
• Support on-site activations and wellness events to enhance visibility and engagement with the brand.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician and/or Massage Therapist in New York State
• 2+ years of experience in a luxury spa, clinic, or hospitality environment
• Deep understanding of skincare, facial protocols, and massage therapies
• Polished interpersonal skills and confidence working with high-profile clientele
• Proven retail acumen and enthusiasm for luxury skincare innovation
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing spa operations independently

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation: $34 per hour (equivalent to $70,000 annualized)
• 20% service charge on all facial and massage services performed
• 10% commission on Intuisse product sales
• Ongoing training in Intuisse’s cutting-edge NAD+ skincare protocols
