Compensation: $130K–$150K base + benefits

We are seeking a proactive and high-EQ leader to own and scale the full people operations engine, including HR systems, compliance, performance, and employee experience. This person will serve as a trusted partner to leadership in a fast-growing, high-growth environment.

Must-Haves

• Based in L.A. and able to be onsite in West Hollywood every Tues-Thurs
• 8+ years in high-growth environments
• High-EQ, proactive, & able to operate with urgency and autonomy
• Experience in consumer brands, creative industries, or VC-backed startups
