Salesperson – Beauty & Wholesale (Full-Time, On-Site)

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: Starting at $23/hour + Commission + 401(k) Matching

Lurella Cosmetics Inc. is seeking a driven, results-oriented Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with B2B and wholesale sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of wholesale and B2B accounts
• Present and sell Lurella’s product lines, including cosmetics and beauty accessories
• Prospect new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Attend trade shows (at least once per quarter) and conduct occasional in-person client visits (vehicle required)
• Use company-provided product samples to demonstrate products and close sales
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and excellent customer experience
• Meet and exceed assigned sales goals to maximize commission earnings

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of B2B or wholesale sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or general merchandise
• Proven ability to independently manage accounts and close deals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
• Working knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks Online, and Shopify
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to work on-site full-time at our Santa Fe Springs office (no remote or hybrid)
