Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences and offering personalized beauty recommendations.

Utilize knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques to create unique and flawless makeup looks and hair styles for clients.

Build strong relationships with clients by maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor and ensuring their satisfaction with services.

Keep up-to-date with new beauty products and techniques, and effectively demonstrate and promote them to clients.

Provide expert advice and education to clients on proper skincare, makeup application, and hair care techniques.

Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients.

Keep work area clean and organized, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Meet or exceed sales goals and targets by actively promoting and selling L'Oréal products and services to clients.

Attend and participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
