Key Responsibilities

• **Client Preparation:** Welcome clients warmly and assist them in preparing for their services, ensuring they are comfortable and relaxed.
• **Stylist Support:** Assist stylists with daily tasks, including shampooing, blow-drying, and styling, ensuring all tools and products are ready and organized.
• **Service Excellence:** Provide high-quality assistance during all hair services, including color applications, treatments, and styling, while maintaining the salon’s standards of luxury.
• **Salon Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, salon equipment, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a pristine environment at all times.
• **Inventory Management:** Monitor and restock products and supplies as needed, ensuring that the salon is always well-equipped.
• **Client Care:** Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, anticipating their needs and enhancing their overall salon experience.
• **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the luxury hair industry, and participate in ongoing training provided by the salon.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-end salon environment preferred.
• Proficient in basic hair care techniques including shampooing, blow-drying, and styling.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and attention to detail.
