Lash Technician/Esthetician/Cosmetologist COMMISSION BASED

Location: Lash Garden, 400 Garden City Plaza #110, Suite 9, Garden City, NY

(Directly across from Roosevelt Field Mall)

Job Type: Commission-based (50/50 split, with opportunity to grow to 55/45 after 6 months)

About Us

Lash Garden is a modern, rainforest-inspired lash and beauty studio located in a prime Garden City location. We are seeking an experienced and licensed Lash Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional lash extension services (classic, hybrid, and volume)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and client care
• Manage and maintain your own clientele while also serving new clients provided by the salon

Requirements

• Valid New York State Cosmetology or Esthetics License
• Minimum 1 year experience in lash extensions preferred
• Must have existing clientele
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and customer service skills
