Lash Extension Artist — Luxury Beauty Studio

Lash Garden is seeking an experienced and professional Lash Extension Artist to join our growing team. Our studio provides a luxury rainforest-inspired environment, supportive leadership, and strong marketing exposure to help talented artists build a thriving clientele.

Responsibilities

Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client retention
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional workspace
• Collaborate with management on client scheduling and studio standards
• Create quality photo/video content of your work for marketing (optional)

Requirements

NYS Cosmetology or Esthetics license (required)

• Minimum 1 year of lash experience preferred
• Strong technical skill and passion for the lash industry
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Motivated to build your-booked appointments(This studio operates by appointment — no walk-ins)

Compensation

Commission-based — competitive rates based on experience and skill level.
