**Job Description**

As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Patient Care Coordinator) at LaserAway, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, guide personalized consultations, recommend and upsell aesthetic treatments, facilitate financing options, and manage front-desk and basic clinical support tasks. Your focus is on building lasting client relationships, meeting revenue goals, and contributing to a results-driven clinic environment.

*Requirements and Qualifications**
High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport and close sales
Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and professionalism
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
Comfortable with basic clinical support (room prep, patient numbing/shaving) and front-desk operations
