Nail Technician/Receptionist

luxury nail salon located in Park Slope. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, enthusiastic, detail oriented, is good at multitasking and has good time management skills. Must be understanding and empathetic when dealing with clients and employees. Must also be highly organized, detailed oriented, work well under pressure and great in an fast pace environment

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a smile once entering salon and the last to say goodbye with a smile
• Oversee appointments and nail technicians schedule
• Day to Day operations such as opening and closing salon
• Daily schedule management & clienteling
• Weekly check ins with management
• Support nail technicians
• Lead and oversee the clients experiences to make sure that they are happy
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
• Weekly inventory
• Drive daily productivity by managing the pace of the salon and ensuring the team keeps appointments on time
• Manage salon supplies and tool inventory weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience

• Nail care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification

• Cosmetology License (Preferred)
• Nail Technician License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute

• New York, NY 10026 (Required)

Ability to Relocate

• New York, NY 10026: Relocate before starting work (Required)
