Job Overview

We are opening a new barbershop in a high-demand East African neighborhood and are looking for a licensed barber to join our team under a booth rental model.

This area has a strong, underserved client base. Many residents currently travel 20+ minutes for haircuts for themselves and their children. Our shop is positioned to become the go-to neighborhood barbershop, creating excellent earning potential for the right barber.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality men’s and children’s haircuts
• Maintain a clean and professional workstation

• Follow Illinois barbering laws and shop standards

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Barber License (required)
• Experience with men’s and children’s haircuts
• Professional, reliable, and motivated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
