Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hairstylist to join our team at LA VIDA SALON AND SPA. This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Hanover, NJ. Responsibilities include providing a range of hair care and styling services, such as cuts, coloring, treatments, and styling, ensuring each client receives a positive and professional experience. The Hairstylist will also offer recommendations for hair care products, maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, and work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Care, including techniques for cuts, coloring, and treatments
• Licensed Cosmetologist with a solid understanding of cosmetology practices and regulations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a professional salon or spa setting is a plus
