Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and hair styling services to enhance clients’ appearance and confidence.
Apply makeup for special occasions and provide consultations on color theory and product choices.
Offer advanced cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and hair extensions, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, dermal care items, and beauty tools, while upselling services to maximize client value.
Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols.
Utilize salon software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and other salon management tools to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently.
Engage with clients through social media management and product demos to promote services and build a loyal community.
Provide excellent guest services, ensuring each client feels welcomed, valued, and pampered from start to finish.
Assist with front desk duties, including appointment booking, answering inquiries, and managing client flow.
Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product innovations to continually elevate the client experience.
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, supporting each other to deliver top-tier service and achieve sales goals.

Skills

Proven experience as an Esthetician, with knowledge of cosmetology, facial treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures.
Strong management skills to handle multiple clients and appointments efficiently.
Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium and MINDBODY.
Expertise in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Proficiency in body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, and makeup application.
Experience with dermal fillers, Botox, and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable.
Ability to upsell retail products and services to enhance client experience and salon revenue.
Skilled in nail care, eyelash extensions, and other beauty enhancements.
Familiarity with tattooing, straight razor shaving, and med spa treatments is a plus.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, product demos, and client records seamlessly.
