About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor at Kohl's, you will drive sales through your passion for beauty and engage clients with a consultative approach, ensuring an excellent client experience.

• You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's standards.
• You will build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• You will demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• You will inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
