Spa Services: Aesthetician

Opportunity The primary focus is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products and procedures within the spa. Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations every time they visit our spa.

Maintaining cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas

Knowledge of spa services and amenities

Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.

These include special events such as Spaliday at the spa; 1‑2 years of experience in licensed field required, supervisory experience highly preferred

High school diploma or GED required

Acts as Lead in respective area within Kohler Waters Spa

Participates in new hire service training and/or mentoring

Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs)

Follows Forbes standards and others put in place by Kohler Waters Spa

Prior experience in a spa environment required

Computer knowledge/experience helpful

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays strongly preferred
