Cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas

Knowledge of spa services and amenities

Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.

This would also include special events being hosted at the spa such as Spaliday. 6+ years experience in licensed field

Oversees all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards

Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs) Manage additional projects as assigned by Lead

Helps manage schedule of associates and in-house trainings

Mandatory attendance at in-house trainings
