Kiehl’s Since 1851 is seeking an experienced Skincare Expert to join our team. We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to provide our customers with the highest level of service and advice. As a Skincare Expert, you’ll be the face of Kiehl’s and will be responsible for providing a luxurious and personalized experience for our clients.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of and passion for skincare, a knack for customer service, and an eagerness to learn about our products. You must also have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus. Responsibilities
Provide customers with high-level service and advice on skincare products.
Educate customers on Kiehl’s products and their benefits.
Assist customers in selecting the best skincare products for their individual needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new product launches.
Support sales initiatives and actively promote Kiehl’s products and services.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Provide an enjoyable and personalized customer experience.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.
Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
