Color Specialist - Key Accounts

Keune Haircosmetics is looking for a standout licensed cosmetologist to step into the role of Color Specialist - Key Accounts.

In this role, you'll do more than just demonstrate our products—you’ll be driving sales by sparking inspiration, expanding our brand presence at key accounts, and using your expertise to show new salon prospects what’s possible with Keune color.

This position requires an expensive knowledge of technicalities of hair color, depth, and tone and is able to work with a variety of techniques. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess plus strong organizational, communication and presentational abilities.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be traveling about 60% of the time, mostly across the Mid Atlantic and Northeast areas of the U.S.A. with overnight stays and weekend events as part of the mix. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Aggressively pursue Key Accounts for salon business acquisition and salon expansion through creative color solutions.

Have a solid understanding of Keune products and strong sales skill which are viewed by both the Distributor sales team and salon staff as a valuable source of information and one who can assist them in growing their business.

Possess strong presentation skills to perform demos and/or basic training.

· Priority 1 – High Level Demos at Key Accounts & Prospect Events (New Business)

· Priority 2 – Conversion & Formulation Days (New Business – Securing it)

· Priority 3 – Category Demos at Existing Accounts (Category Expansion)

· Priority 4 – Category Specific Conversion & Formulation Days (Category Expansion – Securing it)

· Priority 5 – Key Account Support (Maintaining our best accounts via in-person Education / Technical Needs)

· Priority 6 – Limited Key Account Classes

Support salons in all facets of Keune business, constantly striving to expand purchasing of Keune products.

Starting salary for this position is based on experience. Compensation includes an annual incentive bonus program contingent on Company attainment and personal annual goals. Keune offers an excellent benefit package which includes a matched 401k.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
